Residents of Omonira community in Ondo State have reacted after CCTV footage reportedly captured a suspect allegedly tampering with power equipment in the early hours of May 10, 2026.
According to reports, the incident happened around 2:02 a.m. in Igbokoda, Ilaje Local Government Area.
The footage, which has begun circulating online, allegedly shows an individual near a transformer installation before concerns of possible sabotage were raised by residents.
The development has generated reactions among community members, especially amid ongoing concerns over vandalism and damage to public power infrastructure.
