The CityBoy Movement has dismissed a viral social media publication allegedly linking controversial statements to Seyi Tinubu ahead of the 2027 election.
In a statement signed by the group’s Deputy Director-General for Communication and Public Affairs, O’tega Ogra, the movement described the publication as false, malicious, and intended to provoke religious tension.
According to the statement, Seyi Tinubu never made the comments being circulated online and has always maintained deep respect for Almighty God.
The group stressed that all claims attributing such statements to him should be disregarded, describing them as an attempt to mislead the public and damage his image.
The statement also urged Nigerians and media users to verify information before sharing it online.
The development comes amid increasing political conversations ahead of the 2027 general elections in Nigeria.
