Florida Pastor Collapses Mid-Sermon, What He Said Before Falling Leaves Church in Tears

The sermon was about forgiveness. The moment that followed brought the whole church to its knees.

Pastor David Langston, 58, of Tallahassee, Florida, was midway through preaching on Sunday when he paused and said, “God is calling someone home today maybe even me.”

Seconds later, he collapsed behind the pulpit. Church members rushed to his side, and paramedics were called immediately.

Miraculously, Pastor Langston survived the cardiac arrest but the eerie nature of his final words before the fall has many calling it “divine warning” and a “wake-up message.”

“He always said he would preach until his last breath. He nearly did,” said longtime member Sharon Miller.
