Abass Mimiko has called for increased use of technology in tackling insecurity across Nigeria.
According to him, states should invest in surveillance systems, drones and rapid-response structures to combat kidnapping and criminal activities more effectively.
He also suggested improved collaboration with local security outfits, saying communities understand their environments better.
