In a post that caught both soda lovers and political watchers by surprise, President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that he’s been in direct talks with Coca-Cola executives and claims the beverage giant has agreed to produce U.S. Coke using real cane sugar, just like its popular Mexican version.
For years, “Mexican Coke” has been a cult favorite in the U.S., praised for its smoother taste and traditional glass bottles. The key difference? It’s made with cane sugar instead of the high-fructose corn syrup typically used in American versions.
