U.S. President Donald Trump arrived in Riyadh on Tuesday to begin a high-stakes four-day visit to the Gulf region, marking the start of a tour aimed at strengthening economic ties and negotiating billion-dollar investment deals across key sectors.
Trump, accompanied by top business leaders and cabinet members, was received with a ceremonial welcome by Saudi officials at King Khalid International Airport. Sources say his itinerary includes private meetings with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and top executives from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
“This trip is about jobs, investment, and building stronger economic bridges between the United States and the Gulf,” one official traveling with the delegation told Dobblog.

Top on the agenda are discussions surrounding energy security, technology transfers, arms contracts, and infrastructure development. Analysts believe Trump’s visit could reignite foreign policy debates, especially as the U.S. seeks to maintain influence in the region amid rising competition from China and Russia.
