The Nigeria Police Force has arrested 33 suspected members of a criminal network allegedly linked to terrorism, kidnapping, and armed robbery.
The arrests followed coordinated intelligence operations across Kwara State and Kogi State.
Link to Deadly Church Attack
According to police authorities, the suspects are connected to a November 2025 attack on a Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku, Kwara State.
During the incident, armed attackers stormed the church during an evening service, killing at least three worshippers and abducting dozens of others.
The attack shocked the local community and raised concerns about security in the region.
