Elon Musk’s Tesla sent shockwaves through Wall Street on Wednesday after Musk confirmed that the long-awaited Tesla Robotaxi will launch on June 22, 2025.
Tesla’s stock jumped nearly 9% in premarket trading, making it one of the biggest gainers of the day. Musk tweeted: “No steering wheel. No pedals. Full autonomy. We’re changing transportation forever.”
Industry analysts are cautiously optimistic, noting safety concerns still remain. But for now, Musk has delivered a new headline and investors are loving it.
